When you complete your purchase, you'll automatically recieve two emails. One is your receipt and the other is your order email.

In your order email, you'll find your order link. Click on the link and you'll get immediate access to all of the files.

Can't find your files?

Check your inbox for your order email, where you'll find a link to your files.  

If you've already downloaded the files, please check in your Downloads folder on your computer!  

Please download your files onto a computer NOT mobile, so that they are easier to locate. After you complete your downloads, your files will appear in a Downloads folder. From your computer, you can then share the files between devices using Google Drive or DropBox.

No downloads left?

Getting a message that says that you have no downloads left? Don't worry! 99% of the time, this means that your files are already downloaded and saved on your device! Look in your Downloads folder first. Still can't find them? Email us at ultimatetherapybundles@gmail.com and we can quickly and easily reset your order for you so you can try again. 

How long will I have access to my files?

The bundle includes one-year download access to the products included. Once you download the files, they're yours forever!
